Price Increase Policy

Our agreements permit increases after the fourth year and up to 5% or the annual rate of inflation— whichever is greater, but we have never fully utilized this provision.

Normally, in the fifth year, we begin a 2% increase to offset the natural rise of your pest professional's wages and other direct costs.

We value long-term customers like you. Regardless of your specific price increase, your annual cost will always remain lower than our current offers for new customers.
