Katie Sutton
Director, Human Resources
An experienced manager with skills in strategic
planning, budgeting, office management, project management, IT, human resources
and event planning—Katie first joined the Cingo team in 2018 to support our CEO
as an Executive Assistant and stepped into the Human Resources department in
2022. After 4 years shadowing Lanny and having exposure to every aspect
of the business, Katie brings a well-rounded understanding of the company's
needs to the HR Director role. She treats our employees and managers as
her customers—with the goal of providing them with everything they need to
excel as they protect OUR customers.
A born and bred Georgia Girl, Katie has lived in the Metro-Atlanta area for the majority of her life. She has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Shorter College & University with a minor in Business Administration. A lover of organization and scheduling, Katie is "addicted to productivity" and is no longer allowed to enter The Container Store with her wallet—for fear of bankruptcy.
