Jonathan Powell

Meet Jonathan Powell, who started his journey with Cingo Home back in 2000 as a young pest professional at the Dublin office, right after graduating from high school. His talent and dedication quickly earned him the role of crew leader, and he soon became a master of the administrative side of the business as well.

Jonathan left Cingo in 2003 to become a managing partner of a residential real estate company, but, as fate would have it, he realized that his true passion lay with Cingo. He returned to his roots, and for over 11 years, he served as the General Manager for our 2nd largest market in Augusta, leading a team of 22 professionals to great success.

Today, Jonathan is the Director of New Construction Sales, where he uses his vast knowledge and relationships within the building industry to provide termite protection for thousands of new single-family homes each year. He leads our builder channel, which includes a business development professional, customer service professional, and several termite, pest, and security professionals.

But Jonathan is more than just a talented businessman. He's also a philanthropist, actively involved with the local Ronald McDonald House charity, where he and his team serve monthly. He's an Eagle Scout, a Rotary Member, and a licensed residential contractor. Jonathan and his wife Ashley live on the family farm with their two daughters, Rylee and PR.
