The Customer Care Center is the heartbeat of Cingo. They handle every customer interaction with the same level of patience and professionalism and truly breathe life to the company value of 'Happy People Making People Happy.' Most of this commitment to excellence is owed to their tireless leader, Amye Roberson. Amye first joined the Customer Care team in 2011 and has been serving as department manager since 2014. Described by her colleagues as "patient and kind," Amye is tireless in her efforts to help, support and lead her team. Amye consistently pursues professional development opportunities that will grow her leadership skills and is one of the most dedicated employees Cingo has ever had the luck to work with.
Amye lives with her husband in Jacksonville, Georgia and is a proud mother of 2 and "Lollie" to her 4 grandchildren.
