These folks have the good stuff

This post originally appeared in The 'Good News, a blog by Allgood Services, Inc. dba Allgood Pest Solutions. In February 2017, the company changed its name to Cingo.

Good stuff has been a common phrase at Allgood when good things happen, "That's good stuff." It certainly works with our name, and it fits nicely with our mission of being the good guys of pest control. So a few years ago we adopted the term to mean our company's MVPs. Nominees must have been with the company for at least one year, exceed standards for their positions, demonstrate a willingness to help others, and are involved with their communities and the industry. This is our company's most prestigious award and represents the Allgood elite who best live our core values.

Congratulations to the 2015 Good Stuff award winners

Andy Kiesling, Augusta Market

Andy joined the team via the Allgood merger with James Aiken in 2012 and he's now an integral part of the Augusta ICE Team. Whether assisting a seasoned team member or training a new hire, Andy is always ready to help. He has over 20 years in the industry and does all things termite. He may not share many words, but Andy is our own "Mr. Dependable" and makes a great first and lasting impression, evidenced by the frequent customer praises.

Henry Lamb, Middle GA Market

Ask for proof of Happy People at Allgood and you'll see Henry Lamb. In fact, his affable and friendly approach in the office actually helped define the value for us 5 years ago. This year, Henry has fully embraced the Pest Free Home, led the pack on conversions to the Family Plan and was among the first in Middle Georgia to relinquish his B&G.

Amye Roberson, Customer Care Center

Seeing Amye's name on the list of Good Stuff honorees may feel like déjà vu. Yes, Amye has won this award before. To be selected again means she has raised the bar on herself and then exceeded it still. Since her recognition as a care center agent, Amye has taken a department of 3 and grown it to 7. She has hired and continues to manage a team of happy people, evidenced by her zero turnover. She is generous with her team's time, allowing them to grow and make contributions to other areas of the organization. Amye plays a significant role in company strategy, while also providing flawless execution of sales and marketing tactics.

Michael Rozier, Middle GA Market

Michael's 13 years at Allgood make him just about family. He continually distinguishes himself as a committed team player, handles a very large book of commercial business and takes the initiative to ensure that each customer's needs are met. Michael was highly engaged in the 2015 Vision Builders Class and has a knack for leadership. Michael usually has a smile on his face, and everyone around him benefits from his upbeat attitude.

Tanya Whittington, Customer Care Center

Tanya has had a big year with Allgood. In addition to her stellar work in the Customer Care Center, Tanya graduated from the Vision Builders Leadership Program and expanded her responsibilities into recruitment. She completed Culture Index training in Texas and began working with Ballard to find the right people to join our team. Always willing to come in early, stay late or help a co-worker, Tanya has proven her dedication to her teammates and the company. When things get stressful and busy in the Care Center, they can always count on her quick wit and humor to lighten the mood. But no, Tanya, you still can't wear jeans.

The Good Stuff honorees were announced at the 2016 All Hands meeting. Each winner was awarded a long weekend off with fun money, merchandise and a commemorative plaque. Be sure to congratulate the Good Stuff award winners for being selected and also for enduring a good, old-fashioned roasting.
