An Important Message from Cingo

An Important Message from Cingo

How many times have you answered your phone just to hear a recording from "John calling about your extended car warranty?" We receive those calls, too, in our Care Center. In actuality, about 1/3 of our monthly calls are what we refer to as "robo calls". In an effort to minimize (and hopefully eliminate) these types of calls, we've made some upgrades to our system.

What does this mean for our customers? Well, your initial Cingo greeting will sound a little different. To be sure you're not a robot, we'll ask you to press a button on your phone to indicate whether you are a current customer or new customer. This simple action will weed out the automated calls and send you directly to one of our Customer Care Agents, cutting back on wait times by getting rid of those pesky fake calls that hold up the lines.

Don't worry. We haven't gone fully automated. You'll still be speaking with a live, experienced Cingo representative like you always have.
