We were experiencing intermittent problems with our phone system, though 99% of calls were functioning properly. This issue has now been resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during this time. The Cingo Care Center is available by email or directly through our website.

Update: Cingo Care Center Now Open

Due to inclement weather conditions and a mandatory curfew, Cingo's Operation Center was closed until 1:00 pm on Thursday, October 11. The Care Center has now resumed normal operations. Voicemails and emails will be returned as quickly as possible, and customer appointments planned for Thursday will be rescheduled. Thank you for your patience.

On Friday, January 19th, our offices will be closed while the entire Cingo team attends company-wide training. All messages will be returned after 3pm.
