Allgood Pest Solutions Expands in Augusta, Statesboro and Waycross

This post originally appeared in The 'Good News, a blog by Allgood Services, Inc. dba Allgood Pest Solutions. In February 2017, the company changed its name to Cingo.

Allgood Pest Solutions continues its growth in multiple Georgia markets with recent acquisitions of Allstate Pest & Termite Control (Augusta), E-Con Exterminating (Statesboro), and Ware County Critter Getter (Waycross). These partnerships bring 12 employees and nearly 4,000 customers to established Allgood service centers in these locations.

"Trust is especially important in our industry," said Allgood Pest Solutions CEO Lanny Allgood, "and we've assured our new customers that we will do all we can with our experience and resources to exceed their expectations throughout the transition." One way Allgood builds trust with customers is through consistency of service. The "Same Face Promise," guarantees the same service professional visit after visit with no surprises or it's free.

Allstate Termite Pest Control in Augusta was the largest of the three. The merger on June 30 doubled the number of customers that Allgood Pest Solutions serves in the metro Augusta area. Pete Wilcox founded Allstate Termite & Pest control in 1975 and has been active in the Georgia Pest Control Association since that time. He plans to enjoy retirement but will maintain a connection to the business as his daughter Ashley Crouch, who has been an integral part of the commercial business, continues with the company. Allgood welcomed the entire Allstate team this summer. Augusta General Manager Jonathan Powell looks forward to completion of office renovations that will allow the combined teams to work from a single office in the coming weeks.

Eddie Conway of E-Con Exterminating continues to serve his customers in the Millen and Statesboro areas, the most notable change being the Allgood logo on his truck. "The transition has been really smooth from my side. And now I can offer my customers some new services as well." Ware County Critter Getter serviced the Waycross and surrounding communities for more than 10 years. The company specialized in residential pest control in the South Georgia area. Allgood Pest Solutions will continue to provide service to former Critter Getter customers from the local office.

In each case, owners talked to several pest control companies when they decided to sell their businesses. While the reasons to sell varied, each ultimately decided that Allgood Pest Solutions would provide the best transition for employees and service for customers.

Critter Getter founder Eddie Blumenberg commented, "With Allgood, I know that communication, dedication, quality service and commitment to customer satisfaction will continue."
