Allgood Pest Solutions acquired Precision Pest Management on November 11, 2013. The acquisition - the second in the Charleston market - shows Allgood's investment in the Charleston area and the optimism to see continued growth and brand impact in this market.
"Charleston is a newer market for us," said Allgood Pest Solutions CEO Lanny Allgood. "And we couldn't be happier with our introduction into Charleston as well as the growth we've experienced in the past year."
Former owner Roy Johnson, with his 15 years of industry experience, will add value to the Allgood Pest Solutions team. "We look forward to the experience and area relationships Roy can bring to the table," said VP, Director of Growth Greg Vines.
