2016 Good Stuff award winners announced

This post originally appeared in The 'Good News, a blog by Allgood Services, Inc. dba Allgood Pest Solutions. In February 2017, the company changed its name to Cingo.

The Good Stuff Awards recognize the elite team members who have exemplified Cingo's core values. The most prestigious of the company's awards are announced annually at the All Hands on Deck meeting. Nominees must have been with the company for at least one year and exceed the company standards for their position. They show a willingness to help others through community and industry involvement and demonstrate leadership among their peers. Cingo celebrates five 2016 winners: Bill Ballard, Chris Walker, Nelson Pitts, Shannan Fair and Rocky Thomas.

Bill Ballard, Executive Team

Ask the definition of a leader, and you will get many answers. A true leader serves others, and Bill's willingness to help others can be contagious. From the weekly training documents to managing Cingo's applicant funnel and organizing the monthly talent meeting, Bill has been instrumental in many of our company's accomplishments this year. Leaders are not born. They are made by being disciplined and committed. Bill certainly possesses those qualities.

Shannan Fair, Support Team

There are few people in the organization who can step away from their daily routine and accomplish such a wide variety of challenges like Shannan. From managing the account collections process to handling our liability, workers compensation, and auto insurance policies, Shannan is more than willing to contribute her talents, no matter the task. She is one of the brightest faces and happiest personalities on the team.

Nelson Pitts, Savannah Market

Nelson Pitts has been an outstanding positive influence within the Savannah team. He effectively demonstrates our core values and is a consistent positive motivator. He actively increases his job knowledge through personal research and shares that knowledge with the rest of the team. He is a person of strong integrity, an inspiration to those around him and a dedicated team member.

Rocky Thomas, Augusta Market

Since joining the team in Augusta in July 2014, Rocky has been a great role model for his seasoned peers, as well as new team members. Cingo's core values come naturally to Rocky, and he lives each one of them to the fullest each day with a smile on his face and a burning desire to do more.

Chris Walker, Middle GA Market

Chris Walker clearly exudes professionalism. With his 10 years of industry experience, he's our go-to guy for training new hires. He takes an interest in making each day meaningful for the trainees, while leaving a trail of happy customers through his attention to detail and commitment to always do the job right. His consistent excellence over a number of years merits his receipt of our Good Stuff honor.
